I am writting to inform you that my seller of Rough Diamond in Angola and Namibia is willing to sell Rough Diamond to Reliable and genuine buyer.They willing to follow this procedure 1.Buyer sends his Evaluator to Namibia to verify and confirm the goods.
2.After confirmation of the Rough Diamonds ,the Evaluator confirm this quality and price to the buyer .
3.Seller makes arrangement to ship goods to the destination of the buyer and after confirmation of
quality and quantity to be the same with the one in Namibia ,buyer make payment .Our seller do not ask for any upfront fee and anything like that .What we need is the seriuosness of the buyer to be confirmed by sending is Evaluator to Namibia .We would have ship the goods to the buyer without the Evaluator travelling to Namibia but because of bad experience of the buyer not performing after the goods have arrived their destination and that most of the time the people who call themselves buyers are actually buyer mandates .I do really hope we can conclude this transaction with you .Awaiting your soonest response.
